Welcome to Longleaf Townhomes Association. We consist of 59 single family townhomes located in west Lawrence at the northeast corner of Bob Billings Parkway and George Williams Way. Established in 2003, Longleaf is nestled in an established neighborhood bordered on the north by DeVictor Park, on the west by Langston Hughes Elementary School and a wooded area, to the south by Corpus Christi church and school campus, and to the east by Longleaf Single Family homes. The neighborhood has easy access to The University of Kansas via Bob Billings Parkway and convenient access to 6th street and I-70 for shopping and restaurants via George Williams Way. It is managed by an elected Board of Directors/Officers of neighborhood members to ensure architectural and landscaping integrity. HOA maintenance includes lawn care, snow removal, townhome painting every 6 years and some lawn, tree and shrub maintenance.
